- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup black olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add pizza sauce, oregano, bell peppers, onions, and olives to the skillet.
- Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Place tortillas on a flat surface and fill each with the beef mixture and cheese.
- Roll them up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
