Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add pizza sauce, oregano, bell peppers, onions, and olives to the skillet.
  4. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Place tortillas on a flat surface and fill each with the beef mixture and cheese.
  6. Roll them up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
