- 1 pound Polish sausage
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer the sauerkraut, sliced onion, and Polish sausage on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds over the ingredients.
- Mix the chicken broth and mustard, then pour it over everything in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped bell peppers.
- Use any type of potatoes you prefer, such as Yukon Gold or red potatoes.
