Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Polish sausage
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer the sauerkraut, sliced onion, and Polish sausage on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle caraway seeds over the ingredients.
  4. Mix the chicken broth and mustard, then pour it over everything in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
