Description

A vibrant and delicious dish combining turkey bacon and chicken ham to create a unique Rasta pasta experience.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
  4. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in the chicken ham, heavy cream, paprika, jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon, mix well, and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more jerk seasoning if you like it hot.
