- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add diced potatoes, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the sloppy joe sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until heated through.
- Crumble the turkey bacon back into the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
