- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef, broth, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and egg noodles.
- Cover and cook until the noodles are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
