Description

A delicious and easy recipe for slow cooker Mexican chicken that is bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir to combine and coat the chicken.
