- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, place a slice of provolone cheese on each bun and top with the turkey mixture.
