- 3 pounds beef ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place the beef ribs in the slow cooker and pour the mixture over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the ribs are tender.
- Once cooked, remove the ribs and place them on a serving platter.
- Optional: Broil the ribs in the oven for 3-5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
