  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey wings and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove the wings and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the onion mixture and stir to combine. Gradually add chicken broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Add paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well and return the turkey wings to the skillet.
  6. Cover and transfer to the oven. Bake for 1.5 hours or until the wings are tender.
