A delicious blend of strawberry and banana flavors in a creamy cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 2 bananas sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the heavy cream until well blended.
- Layer half of the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crumbs.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas and crushed strawberries.
- Top with the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight before serving.
- Feel free to add more fruit toppings.
