Description

A comforting dish that combines sausage, cabbage, and potatoes, perfect for chilly nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 4 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the sausage, cabbage, potatoes, onion, broth, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
